Vinification of the Cielo e Terra Prosecco Spumante
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Glera. Only first-class grapes were used for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Cielo e Terra. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
