The light-bodied Pupitre Brut Reserva Imperial flows into the glass with brilliant light yellow. In the middle, the tone transitions to a beautiful color. Ideally poured into a sparkling wine glass, this Old World Cavum displays wonderfully expressive aromas of morello cherry, plum, black cherry and damson, rounded out by roasted hazelnut, brittle and walnut.
On the tongue, this light-bodied cava is characterized by an immensely velvety and silky texture. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Pupitre Brut Reserva Imperial is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this Cava from the wine-growing region of Catalonia finally inspires with considerable length. Once again, hints of plum and damson appear.
Vinification of the Pupitre Pupitre Brut Reserva Imperial
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant cuvée Pupitre Brut Reserva Imperial from Pupitre are Chardonnay, Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grapes. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in the bottle at controlled temperatures.
