More information
The elegant R de Roubine rosé from the house of Château Roubine flows into the glass with a bright ruby red. With a little time in the glass, this Old World rosé wine presents wonderfully expressive aromas of raspberry, strawberry and peach, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
The Château Roubine R de Roubine rosé delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the high quality wine range, this Frenchman naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. On the tongue, this well-balanced rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Provence finally inspires with good length. Again, hints of strawberry and raspberry appear.
Vinification of the R de Roubine rosé from Château Roubine
The balanced R de Roubine rosé from France is a cuvée, made from the grape varieties Rolle, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
