Vinification of Pravis Rebo Rigotti 1,5 l Magnum
This balanced red wine from Italy is vinified from the Rebo grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the elegant Rebo Rigotti 1.5 l Magnum is aged for another 12 months in oak barriques.
