With the Campos de Luz Revelación Garnacha Reserva comes a first-class red wine in the glass. In this it presents a wonderfully dense, crimson color. Holding the glass at a slight angle, a transition of color towards garnet red can be seen at the edges of this barrel-aged wine. In the glass, this Campos de Luz red wine presents aromas of black cherries, black currants, morello cherries, mulberries and blackberries, complemented by cinnamon, gingerbread spice and black tea. The Campos de Luz Revelación Garnacha Reserva presents itself pleasantly dry to the wine lover. This red wine never shows itself to be coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine in the upper price range. In the finish, this matured from the wine-growing region of Aragon finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of black currant and plum show through.
Vinification of the Revelación Garnacha Reserva from Campos de Luz
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful cuvée Revelación Garnacha Reserva from Campos de Luz are Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnacha grapes. After the harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months in oak barrels.
