Vinification of Adelseck Riesling Old Vines

This balanced white wine from Germany is vinified from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Nahe region. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of volcanic rock. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Riesling Alte Reben can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.

This German wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to leek tortilla, vegetable salad with beetroot, or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
