The pleasant minerality makes this Riesling particularly balanced. A fruity and racy white wine that is the ideal food companion.
Vinification for the Riesling Charta
The vines for this organic wine are rooted on loess loam soils in the Rheingau region. The grapes are selectively harvested by hand. This is followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, which is followed by a long aging on the fine lees.
Since 1983, CHARTA wines have been subject to strict criteria, which are based on proven Rheingau quality concepts and thus create a recognition value for Rieslings from the Rheingau. CHARTA wines are produced from 100% Riesling and the grapes are harvested fully ripe from the best vineyards.
Food recommendation for the Riesling Charta
