The Riesling from the wine-growing region of Trentino-Alto Adige shows in the glass in bright light yellow. To the nose, this Endrizzi white wine presents all sorts of peaches, acacias and lemons. As if that were not already impressive, minerals are added by the expansion in stainless steel.
The Endrizzi Riesling enchants with its elegantly dry flavor. He was brought with exceptionally little residual sugar on the bottle. Here it is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Italian enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Taste does not necessarily need sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully crisp. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region Trentino-Alto Adige finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of peach and acacia appear. In the finish, mineral notes of the soils dominated by sandstone and sand are added.
Vinification of Endrizzi Riesling
This balanced white wine from Italy is vinified from the grape varieties Incrocio Manzoni and Riesling. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand and sandstone. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
Serving recommendation for Endrizzi Riesling
This Italian is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to vegetable stew with pesto, omelet with salmon and fennel or chickpea curry.
