This elegant white wine from Austria is vinified from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes for this white wine from Austria, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
