The light-footed Riesling Kabinett from the Alexander Heinrich winery flows into the glass with a brilliant light yellow color. With a little time in the glass, this white wine from Germany offers wonderfully expressive aromas of lemon, pineapple, orange and grapefruit, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
The Weingut Alexander Heinrich Riesling Kabinett presents itself to the wine connoisseur wonderfully dry. This white wine is never coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine in the upper price range. Light-footed and multi-layered, this melting white wine presents itself on the palate. With its vital fruit acidity, the Riesling Kabinett reveals itself to be fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. The finale of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Württemberg finally thrills with good reverberation.
Vinification of the wine estate Alexander Heinrich Riesling Kabinett
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Riesling. For this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Weingut Alexander Heinrich, only immaculate grapes were harvested. After harvesting, the grapes are taken to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles. After the wine is finished, the Riesling Kabinett is carefully harmonized.
