Vinification of the Riesling Pfalz from Barefoot
The elegant Riesling Pfalz from Germany is a single-varietal wine, made from the Riesling grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles. After the wine is finished, the Riesling Pfalz is carefully harmonized.

This German white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect to accompany stir-fried vegetables with fish, vegetable stew with pesto or roasted trout with ginger pear.
