Vinification of the Maybach Riesling sweet from Peter Mertes
The elegant Maybach Riesling sweet from Germany is a single-varietal wine, pressed from the Riesling grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Maybach Riesling sweet is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months. After the wine is finished, the Maybach Riesling süss is carefully harmonized.

This German wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is a perfect accompaniment to elderflower yogurt ice cream with lemon balm, almond milk jelly with lychees or baked apples with yogurt sauce.
