This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Riesling grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. After the manual harvest, the grapes reach the press house in the fastest way possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Riesling Valle Isarco 1.5 l Magnum can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.
