This dense and silky red wine is full-bodied and complex on the palate. The final of this red wine from the wine-growing region of Castile - León finally thrilled with good reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes of the soils dominated by limestone and clay.
Vinification of the Roble from Bodegas Protos
This powerful red wine from Spain is made from the Tempranillo grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Castile - Leon. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a maturation of 6 months in American barrels.
