Vinification of the Vite Colte Roero Arneis Villata
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Arneis. Only first-class grapes were used for this exceptionally well-balanced single-varietal wine from Vite Colte. The vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone and gravel soils in Piedmont. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Roero Arneis Villata can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
