Romi Rosé Prickelnd Bio - Viez & Töchter

The Romi Rosé Prickelnd Bio from the wine-growing region of Hessische Bergstrasse reveals itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering light yellow. This German cuvée presents wonderfully expressive notes of elderberry in the glass. In addition, there are hints of pepper, black currant and spicy notes.

The light-footed Viez & Daughters Romi Rosé Prickelnd Bio shows us an incredibly fruity taste on the palate, which is due in no small part to its residual sweetness flavor profile. Finally, on the finish, this wine from the Hessische Bergstrasse wine region delights with beautiful length. Once again, hints of elderberry show through. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn to bottles.
