The powerful Rondeur Reserve La Grange glides into the glass with a dense purple color. Swiveling the wine glass, this red wine reveals a high density and fullness, which is evident in church windows at the edge of the glass. This French cuvée shows wonderfully expressive notes of mulberries, blueberries, raisins and prunes in the glass. These are joined by hints of cinnamon, forest floor and black tea.
The Rondeur Reserve can be described as exceptionally fruit-driven and velvety, as it was vinified with a pleasantly sweet flavor profile. This velvety Appassimento presents itself on the palate as full-bodied and multi-faceted. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Rondeur Reserve flatters the palate with a pleasing feel, without lacking freshness at the same time. In the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of the Languedoc finally inspires with considerable length. There are again hints of fruit bread and mulberry.
Vinification of the La Grange Rondeur Reserve

The berries for this Appassimento from France are harvested, at the time of optimal ripeness, exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Then fermentation takes place in the controlled temperature. At its end .
