Rosado from the wine-growing region of Castile - León shows in the glass brilliant shimmering purple, light red, strawberry pink. This varietal Spanish wine flatters in the glass wonderfully expressive notes of gallia melon, papayas, mangoes and star fruit. These are joined by hints of other fruits.
On the palate, the Rosado of Condesa de Leganza starts wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic. Light-footed and multi-layered, this light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Castilla y León, more precisely from Castilla y León VT, finally thrills with good reverberation.
Vinification of the Rosado of Condesa de Leganza
This rosé wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Tempranillo. Only immaculate grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant single varietal wine from Condesa de Leganza. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles. Once the wine is finished, the Rosado is carefully harmonized.
