On the palate, the Rosato Elisetta from Poderi San Lazzaro starts wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic. On the palate, the texture of this balanced rosé wine is wonderfully light, crisp and silky. Vinification of Poderi San Lazzaro Rosato Elisetta
The basis for the balanced Rosato Elisetta from the Marche are grapes from the Grenache variety. In the Marche, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Rosato Elisetta can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
