The elegant Rosato Gabriella from Romanese comes into the glass with bright purple. In the glass, this rosé wine from Romanese presents aromas of raspberries, complemented by red currant and minerals. This wine tastes pleasantly dry. It has been bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Italian naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. On the tongue, this balanced rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp, silky and light texture. The final of this rosé wine from the wine-growing region Trentino-Alto Adige, more precisely from Trentino DOC, finally thrilled with beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of Romanese Rosato Gabriella
This rosé wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Rebo. Only the best grapes were used for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Romanese. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
Recommended food for Rosato Gabriella by Romanese
This Italian is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to spicy curries with lamb, arugula penne or vegetable stew with pesto.
