Vinification of the rosato from Villa Santa Flavia
The basis for this elegant rosato from Veneto are grapes from the Merlot, Pinot Noir and Raboso varieties. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
