More information
The Rosé Côtes de Provence of Cuvée Mistral from Provence shows a bright ruby red color in the glass. On the palate, the Rosé Côtes de Provence of Cuvée Mistral opens delightfully dry, grippy and aromatic. There is dry and really dry. This rosé wine belongs to the second group, as it was bottled with only 0.4 grams of residual sugar. Balanced and multifaceted, this light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the rosé Côtes de Provence flatters with velvety palate feeling, without lacking freshness. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Provence, more precisely from Cotes de Provence, finally thrilled with good reverberation.
Vinification of the Rosé Côtes de Provence from Cuvée Mistral
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Cuvée Rosé Côtes de Provence from Cuvée Mistral are Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Tibouren grapes. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Rosé Côtes de Provence can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. Once the wine is finished, the Rosé Côtes de Provence is carefully harmonized.
