In the glass, it shines a radiant pink and presents a very fine and palate-flattering perlage. The elegant bouquet reveals wonderful aromas of small red berries, floral notes and a subtle salty hint. The palate is pampered by a fruity aroma, lively freshness and an indescribable lightness.
Vinification of the Cà dei Frati Rosé Cuvée dei Frati Brut
This Italian sparkling wine is vinified according to the Metodo Classico.
The mash is first fermented in stainless steel tanks (1st fermentation). Sugar and yeast are added to this base wine, which is then filled into the sparkling wine bottle and tightly sealed with a crown cork (2nd fermentation). This wine is stored in the bottle for a total of 24 months on the fine lees and is disgorged after the second fermentation process. Finally, this spumante rests in the bottle for 4 months.
