Vinification of the Guy Saget Rosé d'Anjou
This elegant rosé wine from France is made from the Grolleau grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Rosé d'Anjou is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
