With the Champagne Baron-Fuenté Rosé Dolorès Brut comes a first-class champagne in the swirled glass. Here it offers a wonderfully brilliant, golden yellow color. In the center, this champagne also shows charming highlights. Ideally poured into a sparkling wine glass, this Old World Champagne displays delightfully youthful aromas of blueberry, black currant, mulberry and blackberry, rounded off by brioche, yeast plait and cream candy.
On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied champagne is wonderfully light and creamy. Finally, on the finish, this Champagne from the Champagne wine region delights with good length. There are again hints of black currant and blueberry. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the limestone-dominated soils join in.
Vinification of the Rosé Dolorès Brut from Champagne Baron-Fuenté
This elegant Champagne from France is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Champagne region. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. The champagne is produced classically in bottle fermentation.
