More information
The Rosé et Or of Château Minuty from Provence shows a bright, delicate rosé color in the swirled glass. If you give it some air in the glass by swirling, you can perceive a first-class balance in this rosé wine, because it stands out on the glass walls neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like. This French cuvée presents wonderfully expressive notes of grapefruit, grapefruit, lime and kumquat in the glass. These are joined by hints of other fruits.
The Château Minuty Rosé et Or presents itself to the wine drinker pleasantly dry. This rosé wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Provence finally impresses with considerable reverberation.
Vinification of the Rosé et Or from Château Minuty
The balanced Rosé et Or from France is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Grenache and Tibouren. Rosé et Or is an Old World wine through and through, as this Frenchman breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. When perfect physiological ripeness is assured, the grapes for Rosé et Or are harvested exclusively by hand without the aid of coarse and less selective full harvesters. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
