After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Zweigelt Rosé Federspiel Terrassen is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
