Vinification of the Vendemmia Rosé Brut Franciacorta from Bellavista
This elegant sparkling wine from Italy is made from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties. Naturally, the Vendemmia Rosé Brut Franciacorta is also influenced by the climate and Franciacorta DOCG winegrowing style. This Italian can be described as an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, presenting itself as extraordinarily elegant and complex. The grapes for this Spumante from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand once optimum ripeness has been ensured. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines. Once the cuvée has been blended, it is aged using the classic bottle fermentation method. The Bellavista Vendemmia Rosé Brut Franciacorta then matures in the bottle for a few months before being disgorged.
