Vinification of the Champagne Barons de Rothschild Rosé in gift box
This elegant sparkling wine from France is made from the grape varieties Cuvée and Chardonnay. The Rosé in gift box is an Old World wine through and through, as this Frenchman breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. The aging of the grapes for this wine made from Cuvée and Chardonnay is influenced to a very high degree by the climate of the growing region. In Champagne, the grapes thrive in a warm climate, which is reflected, among other things, in particularly well ripened grapes and a rather high must weight. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. The fermentation of the base wines follows. After the composition of the final champagne follows further aging based on the classic bottle fermentation. Subsequently, the Champagne Barons de Rothschild Rosé matures in gift box for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
