The elegant Rosé Provence of Château Routas shines with bright rosé in the glass. This French cuvée shows wonderfully expressive notes of physalis, gallia melon, pineapple and guava in the glass. These are joined by hints of other fruits.
On the palate, Château Routas' Rosé Provence opens wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Provence, more precisely from Coteaux Varois en Provence, finally captivates with a beautiful finish.
Vinification of the Château Routas Rosé Provence
This balanced rosé wine from France is made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Rosé Provence can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees....
