Vinification of the Château Routas Rosé Provence
This balanced rosé wine from France is made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Rosé Provence can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees....
