On the palate, LQLC's Rosé Vaucluse starts pleasantly dry, grippy and aromatic. There is dry and really dry. This rosé wine belongs to the latter group, as it was bottled with only 0.5 grams of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced rosé wine presents itself wonderfully light. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Rosé Vaucluse shows impressively fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of the Rosé Vaucluse from LQLC
The balanced Rosé Vaucluse from France is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Rosé Vaucluse can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

This French wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to omelettes with salmon and fennel, stir-fried vegetables with fish or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
