The Rosso from Paladin is made from the Refosco (60%) and Syrah (40%) grape varieties.
The eye is delighted by its intense ruby red color. The bouquet offers complex aromas. From intense notes of wild berries and dried violets to the finest spices, vanilla and a hint of tobacco and dark chocolate. The palate is pampered by a gripping, full-bodied character. The elegant tannins are velvety and lead into the fruity finish.
Vinification of Paladin Rosso
The grapes for this Italian red wine are fermented at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, this wine is matured in stainless steel tanks.
