Roter Riesling trocken - Schloss Reinhartshausen

With the Schloss Reinhartshausen Roter Riesling, a first-class white wine comes into the swirled glass. Here it reveals a wonderfully brilliant, rosé-yellow color. Vinification of the Red Riesling from Schloss Reinhartshausen

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Red Riesling. Only the best grapes were used for this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Schloss Reinhartshausen. When perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Roter Riesling are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place at controlled temperatures.
