Vinification of the Rouge from Domaine Montrose
The balanced Rouge from France is a cuvée, vinified from the grape varieties Grenache, Merlot and Syrah. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
