On the palate, this French white wine convinces with its unique character: the aromatic intensity is accompanied by the lightness and elegance of the Roussanne grape variety.
Vinification of the Les Jamelles Roussanne
Roussanne is one of the old, forgotten and unrecognized grape varieties. Therefore, Les Jamelles has created the Cepage Rare line to revive this grape variety. The vines grow in the north of Béziers between Saint Chinian and Faugères on clay and limestone soil.
Once the grapes arrive at the Les Jamelles winery, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a steady temperature of 18-19 degrees Celsius. The fermentation process for this white wine takes about 10 days. Finally, this wine rounds off harmoniously on its lees for 2 months.

Enjoy this dry white wine from France with appetizers of fresh scallops, gnocchi with three cheeses, or even salmon fillet with spinach leaves. But this wine can also be served as a welcome aperitif.
