More information
The Triebaumer Ruster Ausbruch Gelber Muskateller DAC is a first-class dessert wine in a glass. It has a wonderfully brilliant, golden yellow color. In the glass, this dessert wine from Triebaumer shows aromas of lemons, peaches and apricots, complemented by passion fruit and honey. The light-footed Triebaumer Ruster Ausbruch Gelber Muskateller DAC has an incredibly fruity taste on the palate, which is not without reason due to its residual sweetness. This light and crisp dessert wine is light-footed and multi-layered on the palate. With its present fruit acidity, the Ruster Ausbruch Gelber Muskateller DAC is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. On the finish, this very storable wine from the Burgenland wine-growing region finally delights with good length. There are again hints of apricot and lemon.
Vinification of the Triebaumer Ruster Ausbruch Gelber Muskateller DAC
This dessert wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Gelber Muskateller. Only the best grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Triebaumer. The grapes for the Ruster Ausbruch Gelber Muskateller DAC are harvested exclusively by hand at the point of optimum ripeness, without the use of stressful and less selective machines. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
