More information
The light-footed Ruster Ausbruch Welschriesling DAC from Triebaumer pours into the glass with a brilliant golden yellow color. The bouquet of this dessert wine from Burgenland enchants with nuances of peach and lemon. If we trace the aromas further, honey and passion fruit are added.
The Ruster Ausbruch Welschriesling DAC can justifiably be described as particularly fruity and velvety, as it has been vinified with a wonderfully sweet taste profile. This light and crisp dessert wine is light-footed and multi-layered on the palate. Thanks to its vital fruit acidity, the Ruster Ausbruch Welschriesling DAC is impressively fresh and lively on the palate. On the finish, this very storable wine from the Burgenland wine-growing region finally delights with good length. Once again, there are hints of peach and lemon.
Vinification of the Ruster Ausbruch Welschriesling DAC from Triebaumer
The basis for the elegant Ruster Ausbruch Welschriesling DAC from Burgenland are grapes from the Gelber Muskateller grape variety. When they are perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Ruster Ausbruch Welschriesling DAC are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of stressful and less selective grape harvesters. After manual harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
Dining recommendations for the Ruster Ausbruch Welschriesling DAC from Triebaumer
