The Sarpa Oro di Poli from Jacopo Poli is a mild, soft grappa distilled from the marc of Merlot (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%).
In the glass this grappa shines in a warm gold with shining reflections. The aromatic bouquet reveals fine aromas of tropical fruits, lemons and spicy notes of vanilla and liquorice. On the palate this grappa is wonderfully velvety with a mild body. The soft fullness is perfectly enveloped by warm spice aromas.
