The elegant Sauvignon Blanc Südsteiermark DAC from Austria is a single varietal wine, vinified from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Styria. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand and marl. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
