The elegant Sauvignon Blanc Touraine from Famille Amirault Grosbois shimmers into the glass with bright light yellow. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from France presents delightfully distinguished aromas of mango, ripe apple and gooseberry, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 2.3 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the high quality wine range, this Frenchman naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. Balanced and complex, this silky white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Sauvignon Blanc Touraine reveals itself to be exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of the Famille Amirault Grosbois Sauvignon Blanc Touraine
This balanced white wine from France is produced organically from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.

This French wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to stir-fried vegetables with fish, asparagus salad with quinoa or roasted trout with ginger pear.
