In the glass, the organically produced Sauvignon Blanc from Kranz reveals a brilliantly shimmering light yellow color. This single-varietal German wine shows wonderfully expressive notes of lemongrass, star fruit, peaches and mirabelles in the glass. These are joined by hints of Mediterranean herbs, juniper and sun-warmed rocks.
This white from Kranz is just right for all wine lovers who like as little residual sweetness in their wine as possible. However, it never shows itself to be meager or brittle, as one would naturally expect from a wine in the high quality wine range. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp texture. With its lively fruit acidity, the Sauvignon Blanc is impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white from the wine-growing region of Palatinate finally inspires with beautiful length. Again, hints of vineyard peach and nectarine show.
Vinification of the Kranz Sauvignon Blanc
The elegant Sauvignon Blanc from Germany is a single-varietal wine, organically vinified from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The grapes for this white wine from Germany, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up.
