With the Weingut Bruker Sauvignon Blanc comes a first-class white wine in the wine glass. It offers a wonderfully bright, light yellow color. This single-varietal German wine presents wonderfully expressive notes of mango, lime, guava and pineapple in the glass. These are joined by hints of cocoa bean, gingerbread spice and yeasty toast.
The Weingut Bruker Sauvignon Blanc presents itself pleasantly dry to the wine connoisseur. This white wine never appears coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine in the high quality wine range. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Sauvignon Blanc is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Württemberg finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of orange blossom and lime appear.
Vinification of the Weingut Bruker Sauvignon Blanc
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Sauvignon Blanc. Only the best grapes were harvested for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Weingut Bruker. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
