The nose of this Weingut Klein white wine reveals all kinds of mangoes, lemons and acacias. As if that wasn't already impressive, the stainless steel ageing process adds boxwood to the mix.

Vinification of the Sauvignon Blanc from Weingut Klein

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Sauvignon Blanc. Only first-class grapes were brought in for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Weingut Klein. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
