More information
The bubbles of this sparkling wine shimmer consistently and finely in the glass. The Tina Pfaffmann Secco Rosé shows us an incredibly fruity taste on the tongue, which is not least due to its residual sweet profile. Light-footed and multi-layered, this light sparkling wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its vital fruit acid, the Secco Rosé is impressively fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this sparkling wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally convinces with good reverberation.
Vinification of the Secco Rosé by Tina Pfaffmann
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Secco Rosé by Tina Pfaffmann are Pinot Noir and Blauer Portugieser grapes. Following the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines.
Food recommendation for Tina Pfaffmann Secco Rosé
This German sparkling wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to wok vegetables with fish, omelet with salmon and fennel or asparagus salad with quinoa.
