Secco Rosé - Weingut Pfaffl

The bubbles of this sparkling wine shimmer consistently and finely in the glass. The Weingut Pfaffl Secco Rosé inspires with its elegantly dry taste. It was brought to the bottle with exceptionally little residual sugar. As expected from a wine of this reputation, this Austrian naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need residual sugar. The final of this Secco from the wine-growing region of Lower Austria finally convinces with good reverberation.

Vinification of the Winery Pfaffl Secco Rosé

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely cuvée. For this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Weingut Pfaffl only first-class grapes were used. After the hand harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and gently pressed. The fermentation of the base wines follows.

This sparkling wine from Austria is best enjoyed very well chilled at 5 - 7°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to baked apples with yogurt sauce, banana trifle in a glass or pear-lime strudel.
