Brut 1,5 l Magnum - Kessler

Vinification of the Kessler Sekt Brut 1.5 l Magnum

After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Then fermentation takes place in the bottle at controlled temperatures. 

Food recommendation for the Kessler Sekt Brut 1,5 l Magnum

This sparkling wine from Germany is best enjoyed very well chilled at 5 - 7°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to vegetable salad with beetroot, omelet with salmon and fennel or roasted trout with ginger pear.
