More information about Señorio De Fuenteálamo Verdejo Jumilla DO - San Dionisio
The organically produced Señorio De Fuenteálamo Verdejo Jumilla of San Dionisio shines with bright light yellow in the glass. This single varietal Spanish wine presents wonderfully expressive notes of mangoes, pineapple and grapefruits in the glass. This is joined by hints of other fruits.
The San Dionisio Señorio De Fuenteálamo Verdejo Jumilla presents itself to the wine connoisseur wonderfully dry. This white wine never appears coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine beyond the 4-euro mark. Balanced and complex, this light white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Señorio De Fuenteálamo Verdejo Jumilla reveals itself to be fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Murcia, more precisely from the Jumilla DO, finally convinces with beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the San Dionisio Señorio De Fuenteálamo Verdejo Jumilla
The basis for the balanced Señorio De Fuenteálamo Verdejo Jumilla from Murcia are grapes from the grape variety Verdejo. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
