The non-alcoholic Shiraz of Carl Jung from the Rheingau presents a brilliant purple color in the glass. The first nose of the alcohol-free Shiraz reveals of roses, violets and black cherries. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.
The Shiraz non-alcoholic can be described as particularly fruity and velvety, having been vinified with a pleasantly sweet flavor profile. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by loess and clay join in.
Vinification of the Carl Jung Shiraz non-alcoholic
The non-alcoholic Shiraz from Germany is a single-varietal wine, vegan pressed from the Shiraz grape variety. In the Rheingau region, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loam and loess. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in the cellar at controlled temperatures. This wine is then carefully de-alcoholized.
Food recommendation for the Shiraz non-alcoholic from Carl Jung
This red wine from Germany is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to goose breast with ginger red cabbage and marjoram, boeuf bourguignon or ossobuco.
