The Shiraz of Golden Kaan from the Western Cape shows a dense purple color in the glass. The first nose of the Shiraz shows of plums, damsons and morello cherries. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging such as dark chocolate, black tea and cocoa bean.

The Golden Kaan Shiraz presents itself pleasantly dry to the wine connoisseur. This red wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this powerful red wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp texture. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the Shiraz flatters the palate with a pleasing feel, without at the same time lacking in juicy liveliness. The finale of this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of the Western Cape, more precisely from the Western Cape, finally thrills with good reverberation.

Vinification of the Shiraz from Golden Kaan

The powerful Shiraz from South Africa is a single-varietal wine, pressed from the Shiraz grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery.
