With the Sohm & Kracher Single Vineyard Grüner Veltiner comes a first-class white wine in the glass. In this it reveals a wonderfully brilliant platinum yellow color. This wine also shows golden yellow reflections in the core. If you give it some air by swirling, this white wine is characterized by a wonderful brilliance that makes it dance lively in the glass. To the nose, this Sohm & Kracher white wine shows all sorts of physalis, mangos, apples, quinces and papayas. As if that weren't already impressive, gingerbread spice, black tea and dark chocolate join in due to the aging in large wooden barrels.
The Single Vineyard Grüner Veltiner from Sohm & Kracher is ideal for all wine connoisseurs who like it dry. However, it is never dry or brittle, but round and smooth. Light-footed and multifaceted, this crisp and dense white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Single Vineyard Grüner Veltiner is impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white wine from the Weinviertel wine-growing region, which can be stored well, finally inspires with exceptional length. Once again, hints of guava and papaya show through.
